Bradly Akeman is a self-taught acoustic player/singer/songwriter who resides in Tampa, Florida. He purchased his first acoustic guitar in 2005 and began learning the basics of guitar through simply watching and listening to his favorite artists.

“From the beginning, my method of learning was pretty unorthodox in the sense that I didn’t learn chords by studying them, rather I would sit on my patio listening to a song and attempting to duplicate what I felt was close to the original.

The singing aspect was something that just happened on its own.” He posted his first cover song on YouTube in 2006 as a means of getting feedback on how he was doing.

To date, he now has close to 200 videos posted online and a following of thousands who have inspired him to pursue his love of music even further.
